Ninja is who you are (training.shadstone.com/ninja). Centaur is how you work: a human and AI together, stronger than either alone. The chess version is simple — an average player plus an average computer can beat the strongest machine. We run that as an operating model, not a slogan.
How a ninja works as a Centaur
- Work lands as a brief, ticket, or inbox item in the Shadstone portal.
- An AI agent takes a first pass. Today that is Grok, on a PowerLobster identity, with GFAVIP wallet and chat when the job needs them.
- The ninja who owns that work reviews, iterates, and signs off. Taste stays human.
- Missing context comes from the Handbook after you join, not from guessing. This courtyard names that book. It does not publish a public URL for it.
AI takes the first pass for speed. The ninja takes the last pass for judgment. That pairing is the Centaur. Shared notes live in Innovemind. Inner SOPs live in the Handbook once you have a seat.
