If you have been hired by the Shadstone team, and have done good work in the freelancer, project based work - and are brought in to be a ninja. Congratulations.
When you first start, your journey will start with what we call the “getting started tasks”. This is a test, to see if you are the right fit to be a ninja at Shadstone.
